นักกอล์ฟสมัครเล่นต้องไม่ติดโลโก้โฆษณาสินค้า

สัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา ได้รับอีเมล์ ไลน์ และโทรศัพท์ จากแฟนๆจำนวนมาก สอบถามนักกอล์ฟสมัครเล่น

ติดโลโก้โฆษณาได้ หรือไม่ อย่างไร  อาจจะเป็นช่วงที่มีการแข่งขันกอล์ฟสมัครเล่นมากก็ได้

ขอตอบตาม 2016 Decisions on the Rules of Amateur Status as approved by R&A Rules Limited and USGA ดังนี้ครับ

กฎข้อ 6 การใช้ความชำนาญกีฬากอล์ฟหรือมีชื่อเสียง  ในการส่งเสริม การโฆษณาและการขาย

กฎข้อ 6-2. ระบุว่า นักกอล์ฟสมัครเล่นที่มีความชำนาญกีฬากอล์ฟหรือมีชื่อเสียง

ต้องไม่ใช้ความชำนาญ หรือไม่ใช้ความมีชื่อเสียงของตน ไปรับเงิน หรือรับค่าตอบแทน หรือรับผลประโยชน์ส่วนตัว  หรือแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางการเงินทั้งทางตรงหรือทางอ้อมเพื่อ

(1) ส่งเสริมการขาย โฆษณาและการขาย หรือ

(2) ยินยอมให้บุคคลที่สามใช้ชื่อหรือภาพเหมือนเพื่อการส่งเสริม การโฆษณา หรือการขายสิ่งใด

6-2/15  การให้การสนับสนุนในเชิงพาณิชย์แก่นักกอล์ฟสมัครเล่น - นโยบายการประชาสัมพันธ์สำหรับผู้ให้การสนับสนุน

โดยทั่วไป  นักกอล์ฟสมัครเล่นที่มีทักษะ หรือชื่อเสียงไม่อนุญาตให้มี ชื่อและ / หรือโลโก้ของสปอนเซอร์ใดๆ อยู่ในอุปกรณ์กอล์ฟ หรือเสื้อผ้าของเขา เว้นแต่ผู้ให้การสนับสนุนเป็นผู้ผลิตอุปกรณ์กอล์ฟหรือเสื้อผ้า; กับสมาชิกของทีมหรือทีมสถานการณ์ที่แตกต่างกันบ้างและมีรายละเอียด ด้านล่าง

3. Golf Clothing (including golf shoes and head gear)

และเหตุการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ซึ่งอาจจะหรือไม่อาจรวมถึงชื่อและ /หรือโลโก้ของสปอนเซอร์ของการแข่งขัน)

 เสื้อผ้า (รวมถึงรองเท้ากอล์ฟและหมวก) จัดทำโดย บริษัท ผู้ผลิตว่ารองเท้า, เสื้อผ้าหรือหมวกอาจแบกรับทั้งชื่อของผู้เล่นและชื่อ และ / หรือโลโก้ของผู้ผลิตให้ชื่อหรือโลโก้ของสปอนเซอร์ใด ๆ(รวมทั้งสปอนเซอร์ของการแข่งขัน) จะไม่ปรากฏถ้าเสื้อผ้า,

รองเท้ากอล์ฟหรือหมวกที่ออกโดยสปอนเซอร์ให้กับประชาชนในเหตุการณ์นั้น  จะต้องให้ทุกคนที่อยู่ทั้งหมด และไม่เลือกเฉพาะผู้เล่นเฉพาะเจาะจง 

หมายเหตุ: ชื่อของผู้เล่นจะต้องไม่ปรากฏมากกว่าหนึ่งครั้งในรองเท้าแต่ละคนหรือ เสื้อผ้าแต่ละตัวและต้องไม่เกินวัดเส้นรอบวงของ 220 มม. หรือ 9 นิ้ว (ดู คำตัดสิน 6-2/13)

In general, an amateur golfer of golf skill or reputation is not permitted to have the name and/or a logo of a sponsor on any of his golf equipment or clothing unless the sponsor is the manufacturer of the golf equipment or clothing; with members of a team or squad the situation is somewhat different and is detailed below.
National, regional, state, county golf unions or associations and Clubs sometimes accept commercial sponsorship for international, inter-club or similar important events for teams, squads or individuals. To what extent may commercial sponsors receive publicity, both on and off the course?

3. Golf Clothing (including golf shoes and head gear)
(a) Individuals
Clothing (including golf shoes and head gear) issued by a commercial sponsor to individuals may only bear the small name and/or logo of the clothing (or golf shoes / head gear) manufacturer and the event concerned (which may or may not include the name and/or logo of the sponsor of the event). Clothing (including golf shoes and head gear) supplied by the manufacturer of that clothing, shoes or head gear may bear both the player’s name and the name and/or logo of the manufacturer, provided the name or logo of any sponsor (including the sponsor of the event) is not displayed.

If the clothing, golf shoes or head gear is issued by a sponsor to individuals in an event, it must be available to all and not just selected players.

Note: The player’s name must not appear more than once on each shoe or each garment and must not exceed a perimeter measurement of 220 mm or 9 inches (see Decision 6-2/13).
